Holland Molds created the perfect pixie elf! Whimsical and Cute: featuring a recognizably mischievous grin.

Pictured above is a stunning baby blue pixie cookie jar. The hat shaped lid is removed for ample storage space for the cookies, candies, or treats of your choosing. The pixie jar’s features are listed: medium-brown colored hair that shows curled under the lid, dimpled cheeks, large brown eyes with black lashes and liner to shape them and bring them to life, and full lips painted a warm shade of crimson.

From afar, this cookie jar is impeccable. A wonderful statement piece from the 1960s. Condition is key for any vintage ceramic piece on the market, and all doors are open when it comes to the quality and craftsmanship of this charming pixie cookie jar!

Just as you would search for when stumbling upon a new found treasure- we identify the makers mark:  which can be found impressed beautifully “HOLLAND © MOLDS” along the rim of the unglazed bottom of the cookie jar.   Wear on the bottom is minimal, and the unglazed area is excellent for gripping counter tops! This is done by the maker to prevent sliding or accidental damage to the ceramic over time.

Removing the lid, looking over the precious face of the pixie it is noticeably hand-painted, and done very well. Painted accents follow the mold with precision: meaning the painter took his time and was skilled at making sure this cookie jar was something the buyer will be proud of for years to come.

While running your hands along the surface of the two pieces (the hat shaped lid and pixie head jar) there is no evidence of glaze deterioration or manufacturer mold defects.

Signs of use are not immediately recognizable, but upon further inspection one will notice there are 2 minor chips on the back of the lower collar of the pixie jar and 1 small chip on the front rim of the pixie’s hat shaped lid.  Pictures are included for the signs of use so the buyer can accurately understand the condition of the item.
